CUSTOM SILKSCREENING ON JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT!




The minimum quantity for custom silkscreening is 12.
Cost for silkscreening includes the creation of print-ready, vector artwork, screen designs and inks.
Allow 3 weeks for silkscreening once you have approved your design.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by size of the box and weight.

How the silkscreening process works.

Step 1: Artwork
Option 1: My artist creates your logo or design. The cost starts at $90/hour (and up). You are allowed one change to the artwork for free, so review your design carefully. If you need more changes after that, an additional fee of $40 will be applied each time.

Option 2: Send your jpeg or vector artwork to us and the size that you want the ink to be on your product(s).

Step 2: Garment/Product Selection
Select the garment. You can bring your garment(s) to us OR you can select items from our catalogs. We will send you spec sheets on the items that you are interested in, and then it is up to YOU to decide what you would like. There will be a vendor fee from the warehouse for shipping, but if your order is over $200, Sanmar will ship for free. For orders from AlphaBroder, anything over $100 includes free shipping for each order. All returned items will have a 20% restocking fee and a shipping charge to return them to the vendor.

Step 3: Number of ink colors
Decide how many ink colors that you want to use. One color runs $7.50, additional colors are $1 each.

Step 4: Silkscreen location(s)
Decide if you want your silkscreening on the back or front or both. If you want it on both, there will be a separate charge for ink on each side.

Step 5: Screen/artwork Storage
If you are planning on keeping this design to use in the future, Beggin’ recommends that you purchase the screens and request that we store the vector artwork. The cost is $50 per screen for each ink color. If you only need it for this printing only, then you will be renting the screens for $35. We will not store the artwork or screens longer than 2 weeks.

Step 6: Design and Production
To start the design phase, you will need to have made decisions on all of the above steps. This is be required before we convert your artwork into printable, vector artwork.

To start the production phase, we require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We ask that all orders be paid by PayPal or credit card (no American Express or Diners Club). We will send you an invoice showing that half that payment has been paid, and the balance due. We will give you an estimated cost on shipping + tax if it applies. A final invoice will be sent and payment required before shipping. If your check is returned, a fee of $50 will be added to your invoice.

Step 7: Review
We create a sample of your design on a garment, and send you that information by email. Once you have approved this sample, allow up to 3 weeks to silkscreen your product.

Step 8: Delivery
Your final invoice is created and sent to you through PAYPAL. You do not have to have an account with PAYPAL to make the payment. Once the PAYPAL payment has been received, or a final check, money order, or cashiers check has cleared our bank, then your beautiful custom silkscreening will be on its way to you. We will pack them in a box and weight them. The shipping cost will be determined by the box dimensions and weight. If your silkscreen order is over $250 and under 10 pounds, Beggin’ 4 Fun will ship it to you for free.

Follow these steps and  your silkscreening process will really be smooth and fast, and to you in no time. Remember the screening process will start 3 weeks after we get your approval and half of your total payment.
